Marc (Calvados), our winner of this week’s prize draw, was looking for a Japanese garden design idea for his future pond area.
After selecting a maintenance-free mulch (slate on geotextile), our landscaper chose a free-form pond and a few stones to set the scene.
Finally, only 4 plants have been integrated, including a magnificent cloud tree that sets the Japanese scene in this corner of the garden.
A staircase access aisle, punctuated by a Japanese lantern, completes the project.
